Kiersten Green is Vice President of Ticket Sales and Service for Cleveland’s WNBA franchise set to launch in 2028 under Rock Entertainment Group (REG), Chairman Dan Gilbert’s powerhouse organization encompassing the NBA Cleveland Cavaliers, the Cleveland WNBA Expansion Team, the AHL Cleveland Monsters, the NBA G League Cleveland Charge and Rock Entertainment Sports Network (RESN). REG also manages operations of key venues such as the Cleveland Clinic Courts and Rocket Arena, the epicenter of sports and entertainment in Northeast Ohio. In her newly appointed role, Kiersten is responsible for building the team’s ticket sales function from the ground up and designing comprehensive strategies that drive all ticket revenue streams, including full-season, partial plans, groups, premium and single-game tickets.
Kiersten’s career in the sports industry began in 2018 when she joined the Cavaliers’ entry-level Inside Sales Program. Her rapid ascent was fueled by stellar performance; in 2021-22, she led the entire Cavaliers Ticket Sales team in revenue and has maintained consecutive recognition as one of the NBA’s Top 40 Group Sales Reps, a distinction earned through top-tier consistency and productivity. Before moving into leadership, Kiersten achieved “Million Dollar Seller” status across two straight seasons, establishing herself among the league’s top Group Sales professionals.
Overseeing Group Sales, Kiersten led the Cavaliers to record-breaking results, including a franchise-best year for group revenue in 2024-25, nearly $2 million above the prior all-time mark. Her leadership helped four Cavaliers Sales Representatives land on the NBA’s Top Group Sales Reps list and guided the team to secure the league’s Group Ticket Award that same season. Kiersten’s approach blends motivational, team-first leadership with a strong analytical and reporting mindset, transforming group sales into a high-impact, data-driven operation.
Kiersten is a proud graduate of Cleveland State University, where she excelled on the women’s basketball team, amassing over 1,300 career points. She has served for two years on the Cleveland State University Alumni Board, demonstrating her commitment to community and mentorship.
